“Our family have been residents in this apartment for nearly 10 months and we have already witnessed a lot improvements in this building. The new carpets brought out the coziness of the hallway, the newly painted walls helped lighten the surrounding, the dim lights have been replaced and the lobby is always clean and brilliantly embellished for any major occasion (e.g. Halloween, Christmas, etc.) Our toilets and heaters are well-maintained, and all our facilities are always in operation. This excellent service and gesture just conveys that we, your tenants, are very well taken care of.”
